Late Payment Policy

Grace period: 7 days from the payment due date.

Late fees apply as follows:

Day 8: $45 late fee applied

Day 15: Additional $25 penalty

Day 30: 5% penalty on the overdue balance and the account will be placed on hold

Account Restrictions During Non-Payment

No warranty or technical support will be provided during non-payment periods.

The software license will be locked and inaccessible.

The account will only be reactivated once all overdue balances and penalties are paid in full.

This license is non-transferable and is strictly tied to your account and registered email address.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted and approved prior to shipment of the EEQube. Any approved refund will be subject to a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price. No refunds will be issued once the EEQube has shipped.
